We are hiring a Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of three in our Heathrow location.

This role plays a key part in creating exceptional customer experiences, developing client relationships and driving commercial performance within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Working closely with store leadership, you will empower your team to deliver personalised service, cultivate long-term client connections and bring the Burberry brand experience to life.

Through coaching, collaboration and operational excellence, you will contribute to the continued success of Burberry and its customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Advisors to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial results.
  • Foster a strong clientelling culture, supporting the team to build meaningful and lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, monitoring key business indicators and implementing effective action plans.
  • Ensure the highest standards of luxury service, visual presentation and operational excellence are consistently maintained.
  • Create an inclusive and engaging team environment that encourages growth, accountability and collaboration.
  • Partner with store leadership to execute business priorities and support the achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Previous experience leading a team within luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach and develop individuals to achieve their potential.
