JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager - PMO Outlets to take ownership of our multi‑outlet operations. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and elevate the guest/customer experience across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and developing outlet managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all outlets
  • Monitoring performance through KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing improvements
  • Ensuring brand standards, service quality, and compliance are consistently met
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to deliver business objectives
  • Leading on‑site initiatives to enhance customer experience, engagement, and retention

PERSON PROFILE

  • Proven experience in a multi‑site or outlet leadership role (hospitality, retail, F&B, or similar environment)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving performance and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, able to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing teams
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
