The Project Manager, Social & Beauty supports the planning and delivery of social‑first creative initiatives across Burberry’s Brand and Beauty divisions. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, Creative Content, this role focuses on the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of social content projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with Burberry’s brand standards. Working closely with Creative, Social, Marketing, and external partners, the PM, Social & Beauty, leads on social‑first projects, from initial brief through to launch. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence while enabling creative teams to deliver culturally relevant, high‑quality social content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of social‑first creative projects across Brand and Beauty social channels.
  • Translate social first briefs into clear timelines, workflows, and deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Support production and creatives across all phases—from concept development through pre‑production, execution, and project wash ups.
  • Manage production and post‑production timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and in the correct formats.
  • Track reviews and approvals, ensuring timely delivery for social platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to legal requirements, brand guidelines and internal processes.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, VIP, and Social teams to support aligned execution.
  • Partner with the Social Media team to align production timelines with content calendars and campaign launches.
  • Assist in working with the Beauty team, licensing partners, and Beauty social agencies to track deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Maintain clear documentation and organisation of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide reliable project support to the Senior Project Manager, Creative Content, flagging progress, risks, and dependencies.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 3 years’ experience in project management, production coordination, social content production, or creative operations - experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, or culturally driven industries preferred.
  • Experience managing social campaigns, content production, or brand activations.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of production and post‑production workflows and social content delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana).
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
