The PR Samples Assistant plays a fundamental role in supporting the global communications team by managing the lifecycle of press samples with precision and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of global press samples including but not limited to:
- Managing all send outs and returns globally across menswear and womenswear
- Managing the receipting of new samples and responsible for the organisation of looks and the samples cupboard
- Creating, tracking and monitoring samples on fashion GPS
- Detailed quality control of any returning samples
- Managing shipping invoices and customs documentation
- Tracking couriers and shipments to ensure no delays
- Overseeing the delivery of all PR samples and gifting orders globally
- Management of the archiving system for all Burberry runway and main line collections
- Supporting wider PR team during key moments such as shows, press days and other events
- Reporting on sample activity on a weekly basis
- Ad-hoc support to the wider PR team and contributing to running the global press office efficiently
