JOB PURPOSE
To drive newness and creativity across beauty and fragrance campaign launches. Adapt creative direction into various scales of implementation and work closely with internal and external teams, to deliver a successful creative and commercial balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead designs for temporary immersive retail environments from concept creation to concept drawing package, specializing in beauty and fragrance sectors.
- Propose exciting additional customer journey elements as part of the 'retailtainment'.
- Research of material and processes that can be used within temporary activations, whilst aligning with our sustainability targets.
- Development of creative direction into multiple scales of implementation.
- Development of guideline packages that can be used by our partner to implement design direction into various sites globally.
- Close working relationship with Senior Designer.
- Close working relationship with internal creative and commercial teams to ensure a collaborative, cross-functional delivery that succeeds with the alignment of brand vision.
- Close working relationship with Coty (external partner), to balance internal and external requirements, develop designs and construction details under tight timelines.
- Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design strategies.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven experience in concept and pop design, as well as beauty and fragrance.
- Confident creative point of view.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
- Well organised, flexible and adaptable.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Vectorworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
