We are hiring a Commercial Procurement Manager to partner closely with Burberry's Architecture and Visual Merchandising teams, shaping how our spaces come to life globally. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering strong commercial outcomes across store programmes, campaigns and customer-facing initiatives. Operating within our Commercial Procurement team, you will balance strategic category leadership with hands-on delivery. Through thoughtful supplier partnerships and informed decision-making, you will help protect value and enable creativity at Burberry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead category management for Architecture and Visual Merchandising, supporting store programmes and customer-facing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable procurement strategies that balance quality, creativity and commercial value.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Architecture, VM, Legal and Finance to enable informed sourcing decisions.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring contracts and commercial frameworks are fit for purpose.
- Track projects, savings and supplier performance, translating data into meaningful insight.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative procurement function that supports Burberry's growth and values.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven experience in procurement within architecture, store construction, fit-out or visual merchandising environments.
- Confidence developing and implementing category strategies across CAPEX and OPEX spend.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Clear and considered communicator, comfortable working across diverse teams and regions.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
