Burberry is looking for a talented Assistant Art Director for brand to join the Marketing team. You will be a key contributor to the Art Direction team, supporting the development and delivery of brand content across campaigns and social. Reporting to a Senior Art Director, you will be supporting on concepting and execution for a wide range of creative projects. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, exceptional visual sensibility, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. Collaboration across creative, production, and marketing teams is essential, along with expertise in imagery and composition.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full creative process, from research and ideation to concept presentation, on-set delivery, and post-production.
- Research and curate imagery and talent, including photographers and emerging creatives, while maintaining industry trend awareness.
- Create high-standard presentations and develop style guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
- Manage smaller briefs end-to-end (e.g., store capture), prioritize tasks, and partner with external collaborators to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate across creative, production, and marketing teams, supporting smooth deliveries through retouching, cropping, and innovative ideas.
Personal Profile:
- Proficient in industry-standard software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant programs.
- Strong ability to manage time, workflow, and schedules while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Self-motivated with strong conceptual thinking, luxury fashion sensibility, and acute attention to detail; passionate about research, trends, and innovation.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor of Arts degree.
