We are hiring a Procurement PO Analyst to join Burberry on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working 18 hours per week, with flexibility to spread hours across three or five days. Sitting within the PO Administration team, this role plays an important part in ensuring purchase orders are managed accurately, compliantly and efficiently across the business. Through close collaboration with Finance, internal teams and suppliers, you will help maintain strong procurement foundations that support Burberry’s creativity, craft and commercial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the end‑to‑end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with procurement policy.
- Manage purchase order amendments, closures and change controls, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex PO, goods receipt or invoice‑matching queries, working through to resolution.
- Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and minimise issues.
