We are hiring a HR Service Desk Advisor to join Burberry's HR Operations team, where you will play a vital role in shaping the colleague experience. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will deliver a responsive, consistent and high-quality service that supports our global workforce. In this role, you will work collaboratively across HR functions to resolve queries, enhance processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering clear, timely and supportive responses.
