JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team at Burberry. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices and supporting smooth financial operations across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to a seamless and high-quality payment experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Match and process invoices against purchase orders, including 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Process non-purchase order invoices and verify payment status when required.
- Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Support the wider Accounts Payable team, including shared inbox management and administrative coordination.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
