Burberry is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of our worldwide benefits programmes. The role will oversee renewals, vendor management, governance and communications, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll and Legal across Burberry's global locations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, you will evolve our benefits strategy, drive process improvements and ensure employee wellbeing and retention while delivering a positive experience.
