We are looking for an exceptionally organised Digital & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our dynamic creative organisation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the smooth end-to-end coordination of design projects - from printed collateral to digital asset delivery - ensuring our creative output is executed with precision, clarity, and efficiency.
Acting as the first point of contact for all design requests, you will work closely with stakeholders and design leads to understand objectives, assess feasibility, allocate resources, and maintain alignment across teams. Your ability to bring structure and momentum will enable our designers to focus on what they do best: creating world‑class work that reflects the Burberry brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the central contact for all digital and graphic design briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with brand priorities.
- Partner with Digital and Graphic Design leads to plan resources, align priorities, and set timelines.
- Manage daily resource allocation across design teams, providing clarity on focus and expectations.
- Support long-term capacity planning, ensuring workloads are achievable within agreed timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate resourcing risks, workflow clashes, or bottlenecks.
- Spot opportunities for cross-team collaboration and smarter workload distribution.
- Oversee projects through to completion, coordinating with producers and project managers to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Represent the creative team in meetings when designers are unavailable, providing confident updates and safeguarding creative integrity.
- Use workflow and project management tools such as Asana to track progress, manage priorities, and maintain visibility across teams.
- Experience in project coordination or project management within a creative, design, or fashion-led environment.
- Familiarity with managing both digital and print collateral, plus a strong understanding of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and project management systems (e.g., Asana).
- Ability to interrogate briefs, simplify complex information, and support effective decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships at all levels.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
- Confident balancing creative excellence with operational discipline to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
