As the Merchandising Manager, you will own the development and delivery of the Soft Accessories product strategy - shaping the global range plan, partnering closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, Supply Chain, and Regional Merchandising teams. You'll ensure our collections are compelling, competitive, and commercially powerful. You'll also lead and develop an Assistant Merchandiser, guiding them in executing the merchandising vision and supporting the wider category.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle: from initial brief through to delist/exit
  • Develop strategic range plans, including pricing and competitive positioning
  • Partner closely with Design to influence and refine the creative direction
  • Build relationships with Regional Merchandising to gather market insights
  • Present seasonal buys and brand ranges to global partners
  • Analyse trade performance, sales reports, and market trends to drive decisions
  • Own and manage commercial samples and associated budgets
  • Ensure accuracy of all market documents, tools, and PLM data
  • Coach and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, fostering growth and capability

Significant merchandising experience within a luxury fashion environment is required, along with a passion for product, trends, and understanding of the global luxury consumer. Strong product sensibility, combined with commercial acumen, is essential. You should have the ability to influence creatively while balancing commercial priorities, excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional partnership skills, and leadership experience with a talent for coaching and developing others.
