We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Colleague Engagement team as the Colleague Communications and Engagement Coordinator. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of employee engagement activities and communications, while acting as a key liaison for colleagues and ensuring alignment with broader HR strategies. The position involves managing event logistics, maintaining engagement calendars, supporting feedback processes, and preparing reports to support leadership decision‑making. The ideal candidate will be passionate about colleague engagement, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive in a matrixed and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of employee engagement activities, events, and programs, such as global townhalls, recognition events and company‑wide celebrations.
- Manage all logistics for events, including venue, budget tracking, and event promotion.
- Work with the Colleague Communications team to develop and share engaging internal communications to promote upcoming events, celebrate successes, and share important company news.
- Maintain a calendar of engagement activities and communicate it effectively to all colleagues.
- Assist in the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, stay interviews, colleague forums, and other feedback mechanisms.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations on engagement metrics and program effectiveness for leadership review.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to align engagement strategies with broader HR objectives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for colleagues regarding engagement activities and inquiries.
- Manage diary and travel arrangements for the VP.
Qualifications
