JOB PURPOSE
To support digital merchandiser in ensuring an innovative & exciting consumer experience through a balance of art & commerce.
Implement merchandising strategies set by Digital Merchandisers/VM and stay on top of site maintenance, in line with Brand vision & in order to contribute to the financial success of the Business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand sales and engagement trends from Analyst & trading team covering all key digital metrics to reflect in terms of site merchandising in a timely fashion.
- Review weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis to understand customer's needs across different markets & identify opportunities for growth.
- Run and review bestsellers between on and offline and highlight any shortages in stock and size availability and content missing.
- Drive sales through regular product merchandising and the optimisation of taxonomy, filters and on site search.
- Category spokesman for Asset tracking, and ensure that links are all jointed up with products merchandised in relevant pages for Emails, Home and Landing pages Work with Digital Marketing teams for product and links in emails, connecting with SEO and wider digital marketing teams including UX on product focus.
- Assist merchandiser with buy prep and take notes on commercial grading & styling callouts during brand presentations in market, post market check congruency.
- Execute site merchandising, check projects to be pushed through & signed off with merchandiser/ VM and review live site merchandising.
- Stay on top of uploading all correct product attribution and product facets, ensure unbought size removed before product launches.
- Implement complete the look recommendations in time for monthly products launch and delivering a luxury customer experience with accuracy and consistency through frequent site checks.
- PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous experience with Web Analytics tools
- Experience using various CMS and PIM tools. Knowledge of Fredhopper a plus.
- 2+ years' experience in similar role
- Accuracy, great attention to detail
- Analytical, good numerical skills
- Strong excel skills
