The Project Manager, Campaigns and Content, manages the planning and delivery of marketing content across global and regional markets. Working closely with marketing, creative, production and wider business teams, the role focuses on day-to-day coordination and execution of global content projects and regional activations. Partnering with project stakeholders throughout the process, this role plays a key part in coordinating content projects from early planning and concept development through to production and delivery. The Project Manager helps ensure projects move smoothly through each phase, with clear timelines, well managed workflows and open communication across teams, supporting the delivery of high quality, on brand content that meets both brand and regional needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end to end delivery of brand and content projects, including all regional briefs.
  • Drive projects forward with a calm, collaborative approach, supporting teams to deliver strong strategic and creative outcomes that meet the brief.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across marketing, creative operations and regional teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Partner with creative operation stakeholders to support workload planning, prioritisation, and smooth day to day delivery.
  • Support production and post-production timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and in the correct formats.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, capturing requirements and managing expectations throughout the project.
  • Identify Senior leadership reviews in project workflow, setting clear agendas, outcomes, and next steps to protect timelines.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies early, escalating where needed and contributing to practical, solution focused resolutions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to legal requirements, brand guidelines and internal processes.
  • Support regional teams on campaign activations by guiding timelines, milestones, and handovers.
  • Ensure all project information is accurately tracked, keeping documentation up to date and visible for all stakeholders.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 3 years' experience in a project management role ideally within a creative, marketing or brand-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of content production processes, workflows, and associated timings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana).
  • Experience working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
