You will act as a trusted partner to Retail Merchandising and Regional teams, using strong analytical capabilities to drive strategic and operational decisions.You will embody Burberry\’s values championing innovation, openness and collaboration in everything you do.RESPONSIBILITIES Replenishment & Inventory PlanningMaintain Global Replenishment line cards and ensure adherence to Weeks of Cover targets across stores and hubs.Drive the Global Replenishment Buy process across all product lines within your division, through SPI or Regional Buys, aligned to seasonal strategies.Manage weekly SPI allocations to achieve target stock levels in stores and hubs.Partner with the Director of Retail Merchandising and Regional teams to evaluate monthly trading performance and recommend in-season adjustments or regional inventory rebalances.Produce insightful commercial analysis to identify missed opportunities and provide hindsight for future collection development‐especially related to regional ranging.Support assessment of stock weeks of cover and overlay adjustments to future buys based on current trading.Coordinate regular free stock drops to optimise replenishment inventory.Prepare quarterly and annual vendor projections across Seasonal, Carry Forward and Replen lines (three-year horizon) to support Supply Planning.Forecast and plan replenishment margin inputs for the Director of Retail Merchandising.PERSONAL PROFILE Experience in a global planning role within a fast‐paced commercial or luxury environment, ideally at Planner level.Strong knowledge of replenishment buying processes.Customer‐oriented mindset with strong, pragmatic problem‐solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across cross‐functional teams.Exceptional analytical capability and attention to detail.Experience with SAP is an advantage.Burberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.
