JOB PURPOSE
Working closely with key stakeholders across HR, IT, and across the wider global business you will be accountable for the design, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of our enterprise HR applications; SAP SuccessFactors (Connect) and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). You will manage a team of HR Systems Analysts working with them to ensure our HR technologies enable business strategy through business analysis, delivery of configuration changes (underpinned by appropriate governance) whilst supporting our global workforce through timely and accurate query management. You will promote an engaging, supportive, and creative environment for team members enabling individuals to bring their best selves to work. You will champion continuous improvement and encourage idea-generation and collaboration to enhance our service offering both from an operational and technological perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring the stability and continuous development of HR applications in accordance with agreed governance and design principles.
- Colleague support including query management, troubleshooting and issue resolution via the AskHR ticketing system.
- Lead project delivery of all elements of development within SAP SuccessFactors (Connect) and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) utilising both internal HR Systems Team and external partners.
- Management of risk and issues escalating to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Act as a key partner helping translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables including consultative support in the development of integrations.
- Accountable for driving continuous improvement across HR Excellence and the wider HR function, proactively recommending enhancements to both systems and processes to help streamline and simplify HR delivery.
- Management of key stakeholders to ensure the HR systems roadmap focusses on the highest impact most strategically aligned activities.
- Working in close partnership and collaboration with our partners in IT ensuring work is undertaken by the most appropriate individuals who possess the prerequisite skill and knowledge.
- Offering support, guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to promote internal development.
- Day to day management and prioritisation of workload for team members to ensure an equitable split of work whilst maintaining service delivery, empowering team members, and mitigating single points of failure.

EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with and managing a cloud HRIS platform (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience working with and managing a time and attendance application
- Experience delivering projects spanning multiple workstreams
- High level of competency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Previous experience working within, or closely with, a Human Resources function
