As a Workday Specialist you will be responsible for spear heading the development of our Recruiting setup with the platform. Bupa has been a Workday customer for over 5 years and has a mature setup, but one that still has room to evolve. We have exciting plans for the coming year, like implementing Candidate Messaging and a full implementation to one our UK based businesses.
You would own the development of Workday and its Recruiting roadmap. Partner with and face in to four recruitment teams across Bupa. Hands on configure and develop the system. Manage a Senior Analyst and help to develop their technical skills. Ensure governance, compliance and our change processes are adhered to. All this while helping to improve the employee experience by creating user centric solutions.
How you’ll help us make health happen
Find and deliver opportunities to continuously improve Recruitment & Onboarding functions in Bupa’s Workday setup
Monitor and participate in forums within the Workday community to maintain knowledge on current Workday features
Proactively assess existing processes to drive improvement from end user, regulatory, financial and efficiency perspectives
Gather requirements from stakeholders and create solutions
Assess the impact of changes and any unseen effects
Design and build of technical configuration within the talent and compensation elements of Workday
Create supporting collateral and run training sessions to ensure that changes are easily understandable and successfully deployed
Manage key stakeholders and collaborate with other teams regarding improvements
A thorough understanding of Workday with an advanced understanding of Recruitment & Onboarding functionality
Demonstrate confidence in requirements gathering, solution creation and Workday technical configuration
Hold strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops and conducting demonstrations
Have excellent stakeholder focus
Have a keen interest and affinity with technology and how technology can enable People and HR operations
Show first class self-management and prioritisation skills and be able to break down complex activities, plan and deliver
Hold a strong sense of passion for collaborating with others to deliver a successful outcome

Salary between £54,000 – £63,000 plus 10% bonus
