Overview

Are you passionate about patient care and looking to take your dental career in a new direction? We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our supportive team across our Morpeth and Darras Hall practices. This is a campus-based role covering both sites – variety guaranteed!

Role type: 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong intention to become permanent. Monday to Friday – No weekends or late nights.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice
  • Manage diary appointments and treatment schedules
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local practices
  • Coordinate meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings
  • Reception duties

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in dentistry (nursing or practice coordination background preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences
  • Flexible to work across both Morpeth and Darras Hall sites
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Dental nursing experience desirable
