Dental Excellence Harewood is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments.
  • Support patients with clear communication about treatment options and costs.
  • Work closely with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Manage patient records and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
  • Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice.
  • Manage diary appointments and treatment schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local practices.
  • Coordinating meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings.
  • Reception duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dental or healthcare role (TCO experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about patient care.
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Dental nursing experience desirable.
