Our Therapy Networks Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring our members receive accessible, high-quality, and affordable healthcare. This role is integral to our mission, focusing on the management and development of therapist networks to enhance our customer proposition.How you\’ll help us make health happen:As the Therapy Networks Lead, you will:Deliver and maintain detailed consultant network reporting, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams.Define and implement tactical interventions to grow consultant capacity and improve customer experience.Conduct annual reviews of therapist network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.Manage relationships with key therapy bodies and providers to gain market insights and endorse changes in Bupa\’s approaches.Play an active role in the Provider Management team, contributing to Bupa\’s strategy and fostering a culture of risk management and issue resolution.Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectorsExpertise in data analysis and insight, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
