Bupa is hiring a data-driven Reward Analyst on a 6-month fixed term to support the annual pay and bonus review cycle across Salford Quays, Leeds, London and Staines. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with hybrid working requiring two in-office days per week.
You will analyse data, build models in Excel, assist with pay ranges and surveys, and provide insights to HR, Finance and business leaders. Prior reward/analyst experience and familiarity with Power BI/Workday are advantageous.
