Head Chef The Bridles Care Home, Wincanton Salary: - Up to 18.57 per hour Equivalent to approximately 38,760 per annum based on a 40-hour week 1,000 Welcome Bonus Plus the opportunity to earn up to 3,000 OTE through our quarterly NPS bonus scheme. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Bridles, our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home in Wincanton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Senior Sous Chef looking for a leadership role with more predictable and sociable working hours than many hotel, restaurant or hospitality environments. About the Role As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating nutritious and appealing menus, maintaining excellent food safety standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents. You'll manage stock and budgets, support and develop your team and ensure every meal meets the highest quality standards.
