This is a key creative role within the Bupa Creative studio, responsible for delivering high-quality design across a range of marketing channels and campaigns.
Working closely with creative leads, copywriters and marketing teams, you'll focus on translating strategic briefs into well-crafted visual executions that support brand objectives across both B2B and B2C communications.
You'll contribute strong design craft, attention to detail and consistency across assets, helping ensure the brand is represented to a high standard across all touchpoints.

Development: Design and develop creative assets across a range of channels including digital, social, campaign materials, presentations and marketing communications.
Campaign
Execution: Translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual outputs, ensuring ideas are delivered effectively and consistently across formats.

- Produce high-quality design work across digital, social and marketing channels.

Creative Collaboration
- Partner with copywriters and studio colleagues to bring ideas to life visually.
- Contribute design thinking to creative discussions and campaign development.
- Support the execution of larger campaign ideas developed by senior creative leadership.
Workflow & Delivery
- Manage multiple design tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work within studio processes to ensure efficient delivery of assets.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure briefs are delivered as required.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and marketing channels.
- Advanced proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Proven ability to translate briefs into strong visual executions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
- Experience working within an in-house studio or agency environment would be ideal.
- Understanding of social-first and digital marketing formats
