Bupa's Fountains Lodge Care Home in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical) to lead a care team and deliver person-centred nursing and residential care, while promoting independence, dignity and choice for residents.
You will assess wellbeing, maintain records, coach staff, and foster strong relationships with residents, families and local partners to raise the home’s profile. This permanent, full-time role is 44 hours per week on a rota.
