About the role
Leading a team of care home managers, you will give them all the support they need to deliver excellent customer service, high quality standards for our residents, and strong leadership for our people. Working across all homes in your region, you will ensure each one provides high standards of customer care and services in line with company policy, customer expectations, service level agreements and current legislation.
You will manage home performance, conducting monthly reviews to drive key areas such as occupancy levels, commercial awareness, customer focus, quality standards, people management and hours management. You’ll also carry out monthly internal quality audits, ensuring external regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures are followed. It’s likely that a substantial amount of travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays and some evening commitments.
