We\’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our friendly team at Bupa Dental Care Chelmsford.
Hours:
- Monday: 07:45 – 17:15
- Saturday: 07:45 – 13:15
As the first face our patients see, you\’ll be key in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment bookings, supporting our clinicians, handling patient queries, and keeping reception running smoothly in our fast-paced, high-quality practice.
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- A people person with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong face-to-face, telephone, and email communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience with promoting company products and services
- Preferred Dentally experience
