Planning Co-ordinator – Mental Health Team
Bupa Place, Salford Quays, M50 3SP – Hybrid working
Full time, 37.5 hours per week on shifts between 08:00-20:00

Role Overview
As a Planning Support Specialist for Mental Health Remote Services, you will assist the resource planner with diary and resource management.
What You\’ll Do
- Manage diaries accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to service goals and delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Align schedules with existing plans for Mental Health Remote Services.
- Create new diary templates.
- Support the Resource Planner in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems.
- Regularly engage with the resource planner and operational management team to address changes, such as overtime.
- Schedule 1:1s for frontline staff.
- Organize team meetings.
- Implement training diaries for new starters.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure shifts are released according to agreed SLAs.
- Assist Operational Support Advisors with cancellations as needed.
- Attend weekly planning meetings with the operational management team to discuss proposed changes and assess their impact with support from the Resource Planner.
