Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Richmond Villages Bridge Meadow Way, Northampton NN4 5EB
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Contract: Bank
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts on a rota basis, covering both 7:00am to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am.
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
- Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
