The Interim Tax Compliance Senior Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Group’s International and UK direct tax compliance requirements, and all Group Tax reporting activities and deliverables. They will ensure all external and internal compliance, reporting, and regulatory deadlines are met, payments made on time, and deliverables produced to a high standard. In addition, they will support the broader Group Tax function in other areas as required, such as tax risk and governance, tax advisory work, and projects. How you’ll help us make health happen: Responsible for UK and international tax compliance returns and payments for UK and Group entities (e.g. UK CT returns, CFC, Corporate Interest Restriction, CbCR, Pillar 2 etc). Review the data prepared for Group entities for the purposes of calculating Bupa’s Total Tax Contribution (TTC). Management of the end-to-end production of the Group’s consolidated tax charge as well as associated disclosures in the Annual Report
