Bupa is seeking a Head of Risk Assurance (2nd Line) in the UK (Manchester, London or Staines) to lead a newly established second-line capability. You will oversee a high-performing team and deliver an assurance plan focused on major risks, regulatory priorities and customer outcomes.
You will provide independent challenge to senior stakeholders, craft insightful reports for governance forums, and work closely with Risk & Compliance Business Partners to strengthen risk management practices.
