Location: Manchester (Bupa Place) OR London (Angel Court) – Weekly travel to office required.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Product Manager to join our Health Services Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and is eager to take full ownership of their domain. As the driving force behind the team, you will have the independence to shape strategy, make key decisions, and deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate with passionate and talented colleagues, and always have the support of experienced senior leaders, including the Head of Digital Transformation.
In this role, you’ll define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for your digital product squad, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with both user needs and business goals. You’ll be at the heart of digital transformation, shaping the future of healthcare experiences.
How you will help us make health happen:
- Ownership of the squad Objectives Key Results (OKR), roadmap, and backlog: Define and maintains the OKRs, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a digital product, with senior support, establishing clear initiatives, priorities, and timeframes.
- Domain Ownership: Takes ownership of problems and challenges within their remit, becoming an expert of their digital product domain and collaborating a diverse team to deliver exceptional digital customer solutions that align with business objectives.
- Product Delivery: Leads the team in prioritising delivery work, does whatever is needed to enable and unblock the team, makes launch plans and ensures a high quality end product, with senior Digital Product support
- Collaborative roadmap and backlog management: Partner with business and technical leads to shape and refine the digital roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Customer understanding: Able to identify who their customers are and their needs and act as the voice of the customer within their team to create shared context.
- Stakeholder management and communication: Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes, and clearly articulating how the squad’s work aligns with company objectives
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
- Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in healthcare
- Strong understanding of user-centred design and agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Amplitude
- Experience working within an enterprise Product Operating Model
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer journeys
