The predicted salary is between 42000 - 52000 ÂŁ per year.

Remote (Within UK only) Permanent: Full time & Part Time hours (flexible but with a minimum requirement of 2 days per week and 1 late session a week)

Competitive salary: ÂŁ47k+ per annum (pro rata)

Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Providing high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrate excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention.
  • Ensuring a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
  • Providing different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference.
  • Adhering to Bupa’s case management processes and working collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.
  • Adhering to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Full BABCP accreditation
  • Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload.
  • IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems.
  • Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon.
  • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred.
  • Right to work in the UK
