We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Transformation & Change team, leading delivery across the Technology Remediation & Resilience Value Stream This delivery leadership role operates in a highly technical environment, you will lead a portfolio of initiatives spanning infrastructure, networks, security, platforms, cloud services and operational resilience.
You will work closely with technical SMEs, engineering teams and third-party suppliers while providing leadership and oversight to a small team of Project Managers.
You'll help us make health happen by
- Lead delivery across a portfolio of technology remediation and resilience initiatives.
- Drive delivery through Project Managers and matrixed technology teams.
- Coordinate activity across Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Platform, End User Services and Shared Services teams.
- Manage planning, prioritisation, dependencies, risks and delivery governance.
- Establish effective delivery rhythms and provide reporting into Steer Co, portfolio and executive governance forums.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to budget, target business outcomes and wider technology strategy
- Coach and develop delivery colleagues while promoting delivery best practice and continuous improvement.

Experience

- Excellent stakeholder, governance, planning and dependency management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical specialists and senior leaders alike.
