Home Manager at Kilfillan House Care Home (Berkhamstead, HP4 3LZ)
Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week

As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalised care to our residents while putting their needs and wellbeing first.
You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, effectively manage budgets, take responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.
Competent in creating and developing strong internal and external relationships, you will play an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
For this role, you will need to become registered with the regulator and may occasionally be required to work out of hours or evenings.
