Shift patterns:
- Monday: 07:00 – 15:30
- Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 09:30 – 18:00
- One Saturday every 3‑4 months: 07:30 – 15:00

Role Overview
To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively.
You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By:
- Completing all reception administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Offering an outstanding customer service experience
- Contributing fully to the team and the team goals
- Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards (quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements)
- Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office packages
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
