As the front of house, you represent the welcoming spirit of our award-winning village. Our reception team is crucial in providing a warm welcome to our visitors, whether they’re greeting them in person or speaking with them over the phone.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Meeting and greeting of internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Always having a professional and efficient manner
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, ensuring administration of the daily running of the Spa is kept up to date
  • Having a high standard of customer service experience, minimum two years’ experience
  • Managing therapist’s daily appointments in an effective manner
  • Liaising between different departments
