At Bupa, we're passionate about helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. We're looking for an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to join our UK Insurance Marketing team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and growth across our Corporate customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the Corporate customer marketing strategy.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive retention, engagement and account growth.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) activity across key customer accounts.
- Work closely with Sales, Client Management, Product and Commercial teams to maximise customer value.
- Use customer insight, data and market trends to shape marketing activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
- Proven experience delivering customer marketing and account-based marketing programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation and customer data to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a complex, matrix environment.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams.
