This dual role supports patients through their treatment journey while also carrying out Dental Nursing duties – perfect for someone who enjoys variety and patient interaction.
About the Role
- Treatment Coordinator responsibilities: guiding patients through treatment plans, explaining options, and supporting them every step of the way.
- Dental Nursing duties: chairside support and clinical assistance as required.
GDC registration is essential for this role.
- Working Hours (40 hours per week)
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
- Wednesday: 9:45am – 7:15pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 2:15pm – early finish every Friday.

- Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments.
- Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved.
- Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
- Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice.
- Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team.
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager.
- Your Skills And Experience
- Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting.
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements.
- Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer‑facing role.
- Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people.
- CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable.
