Our waiting on staff play an important role as your presence during mealtimes is crucial. It ensures residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promotes social interaction, and contributes to overall well-being.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Supporting our carers serve meals within our on-site care home to village residents
- Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Supporting other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms, restocking resident’s personal kitchens or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

With your background in customer service, and potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles—though not essential as training is provided—you excel in communication.
