Bupa UK is seeking a Finance Manager – Reporting to lead the Financial Control team in Manchester.

You will drive month-end/quarterly reporting, manage balance sheets and cashflow, and coordinate audits and statutory accounts for 135 entities.

You will coach five Financial Accountants and partner with Tax on complex tax matters.

The role demands strong IFRS knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
