Care Assistant Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG

ÂŁ13.20 per hour - Paid breaks plus ÂŁ500 welcome bonus

Permanent. Full or part time, across 12 hour shifts (08:00-20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00), to include alternative weekends.

Should you be successfully hired into this role, we are pleased to be able to offer you a one-off Starter Bonus of £500 as a thank you for deciding to join Bupa Care Services. The Starter Bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks’ service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI. Ts & Cs Apply.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
  • Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents.
  • Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
  • Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.
  • Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
