£16 per hour (includes £2 per hour night enhancement) + £800 Welcome Bonus

7:30pm – 7:30am (12-hour shifts) Day shifts and Night Shifts available

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead from the front, running the unit overnight and making a genuine impact on residents’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate the unit overnight
  • Support clinical care alongside the Nurse (meds, observations, care plans)
  • Guide and mentor Care Assistants on shift
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Ensure smooth, confident handovers

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it – we’ll support you)
  • Experience as a Senior or ready to step up
  • Confident leading a shift and supporting others
  • Calm, compassionate and organised — especially at night
  • Passion for delivering truly personalised care
