You will be a senior technical leader within the Care Services Digital & Data team, responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the technical direction of the Care Services data product portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Own the technical vision and technical roadmap across the Care Services data product portfolio.
- Partner with Senior Product Managers to ensure roadmaps balance customer needs, business outcomes, technical sustainability, and platform evolution.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple squads, ensuring consistency of approach and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the technical authority for complex data product design decisions.
- Establish and maintain standards, frameworks, and best practices across the Care Services data product estate.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering and analytics practices across Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, and associated technologies.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineers, and Analysts to support successful product delivery.
- Manage technical dependencies across multiple products and squads.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience delivering complex data and analytics solutions within large-scale organisations.
- Experience providing technical leadership across multiple teams, products, or domains.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience working with Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, GCP, and associated modern data technologies.
- Deep understanding of data modelling, semantic modelling, metrics design, and analytical product development.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience operating within Agile and product-led delivery environments.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or automation capabilities within digital and data products.
- Ability to identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can drive measurable improvements in customer, colleague, and business outcomes.
- Knowledge of data governance, lineage, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
