Location: Bupa Place M50 3SP – hybrid min 1 – 2 days per week in the office

Type: Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £45100 - £56300 depending on experience

The role: This is a key creative role within the Bupa Creative studio, responsible for delivering high-quality design across a range of marketing channels and campaigns. Working closely with creative leads, copywriters and marketing teams, you’ll focus on translating strategic briefs into well-crafted visual executions that support brand objectives across both B2B and B2C communications.

Creative Development:

  • Design and develop creative assets across a range of channels including digital, social, campaign materials, presentations and marketing communications.

Campaign Execution:

  • Translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual outputs, ensuring ideas are delivered effectively and consistently across formats.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all work, ensuring visual consistency and quality across multiple business units and customer touchpoints.

Collaboration and Delivery:

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers and studio colleagues to ensure briefs are delivered efficiently and to a high creative standard.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Produce high-quality design work across digital, social and marketing channels.
  • Develop layouts, visual systems and campaign assets aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Adapt and version creative assets across formats and platforms.
  • Ensure all work meets studio standards for quality, accuracy and consistency.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Partner with copywriters and studio colleagues to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Contribute design thinking to creative discussions and campaign development.
  • Support the execution of larger campaign ideas developed by senior creative leadership.

Workflow & Delivery:

  • Manage multiple design tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Work within studio processes to ensure efficient delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure briefs are delivered as required.

You:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and marketing channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to translate briefs into strong visual executions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience working within an in-house studio or agency environment would be ideal.
  • Understanding of social-first and digital marketing formats.
  • Motion or video capability preferred.
  • Highly creative with strong visual judgement.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working within a studio environment.
  • Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about design craft and producing work to a high standard.
