You’ll help us make health happen by:
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service and maintain the highest standards of administration for the Care Home, using the correct systems and ways of working. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
- Experience of payroll administration and processing employee related information.
- Experience of administrative procedures and processes.
- Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, both by telephone and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Dedicated, efficient and able to manage a varied workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, always remaining courteous.
- Ability to manage own time, prioritising and organising work appropriately.
- This role may require weekend working.
