We are seeking an established change professional to join our Transformation & Change team, leading the delivery of critical technology change across Bupa Global.

How You'll make Health Happen:

  • Lead delivery across a portfolio of technology remediation and resilience initiatives.
  • Drive delivery through Project Managers and matrixed technology teams.
  • Coordinate activity across Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Platform, End User Services and Shared Services teams.
  • Manage planning, prioritisation, dependencies, risks and delivery governance.
  • Establish effective delivery rhythms and provide reporting into SteerCo, portfolio and executive governance forums.
  • Ensure delivery remains aligned to budget, target business outcomes and wider technology strategy.
  • Coach and develop delivery colleagues while promoting delivery best practice and continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of technology environments, including infrastructure, networks, security, cloud and platform services.
  • Excellent stakeholder, governance, planning and dependency management skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with technical specialists and senior leaders alike.
