Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents
- Assist chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness in preparation areas
- Monitor stock rotation, adhere to company policies, and follow all mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines
- Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous kitchen experience, a passion for food, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
