Job Title: Food Services Assistant (AST00F9)

Location: Aston Court Care Home, Little Aston Hall Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B74 3BF

Salary: £12.25 – £13.25 dependent on experience and qualifications

Contract: Permanent, 24 hours per week, every Saturday and three days during the week

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all residents
• Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
• Serving meals and drinks to residents in dining areas and to their rooms
• Cleaning the dining area to keep it tidy and presentable
• Serving refreshments outside mealtimes to residents, relatives and visitors as required

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in a customer-facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You should be committed to delivering excellent service to make residents feel at home, maintain high standards in and around the home, and contribute to a pleasant dining experience. Strong communication, willingness to help the wider team, and a caring approach toward residents are essential.
